I want to let you all know about another exciting outreach opportunity to reach our community with the gospel. On Saturday, June 21st, from 9 am to noon, we will meet in the fellowship hall to do more canvassing of some neighborhoods in Midlothian. We will also have some teams going by homes of families we met this week at VBS. Our last outreach event was such a blessing. Please make this a priority as God is doing exciting things through our Outreach Team.
If you don’t have any experience with canvassing, still come. We will pair you up with a team that has experience so that you can simply get your feet wet in this type of effort. If you want to be involved but don’t feel that you can walk neighborhoods, still come. Our Outreach Team really does encourage you to come and stay behind at the church to pray. This too is a noble cause. If Christ does not go before us, our efforts on this day will be in vain. So prayer is vital and we’d love to have some prayer warriors supporting our teams.
